I work in a retail pharmacy, lets say it starts with an "S" and ends in "Y". It's okay most of the time until you get that ONE stupid customer.
For example:
My day is going fine...I've only been working about 30 minutes. The phone rings,
"Thanks for calling what can I do for you?"
"Yeah, can I get my prescription at 2 instead of 7?!"
I need a freaking name to go with the dumbshit on the other end of the line!!! Of course I ask and they reply like I'm supposed to know who the hell they are....
